With the help of two Canadian chicken farmers, CFC seized this opportunity to forge valuable connections and foster meaningful relationships with participants. On June 4th to 8th, Chicken Farmers of Canada (CFC) made a significant impact at the Culinary Federation 60th anniversary show in Niagara Falls, where we educated over 100 chefs about the multitude of benefits associated with chicken. CFC passionately shared valuable insights on how chickens are raised in Canada, emphasizing the stringent standards and ethical practices employed by Canadian farmers. We highlighted the “Raised by a Canadian Farmer” brand, showcasing its numerous advantages for the culinary sector. By emphasizing the brand’s commitment to quality, freshness, and sustainability, CFC effectively conveyed the message that using Canadian chicken can enhance the reputation and success of chefs and their establishments. The chefs were enthralled by the information provided and left the event equipped with a greater understanding of the benefits of choosing chicken raised by Canadian farmers.
